It might be strange to request another audio output choice, but I would love to use both audio jacks for the 'Amp' output, or even Amp/Organ. This way one can go to my Leslie as usual, and one can be sent to a separate amplifier for various other possibilities. For example, to configure a low-pass filter for boosting the bass (very useful for left-hand bass players). I have this configuration on my B3 and it works well. I used to also use a Sherman Filter connected to a separate amplifier. None of this might be of interest to purists (!) but I thought I'd throw it in there in case it's an easy mod.

I know the single output can be split using a cable wired to two jacks but does this not change the output voltage slightly? Not very neat either.
